Ingredients:
3 cups bread flour
1 cup water
2 T olive oil
1 t kosher salt
1 t garlic powder (Garlic Ranchers Garlic Powder Plus)
1 1/4 t yeast

Directions:
Combine in a bread maker or knead by hand
proof for an hour once kneaded
In a previously warmed and cooled oven, by a fire or in front of a sunny window in a bowl with a tea towel over the top

After an hour, roll dough out to 1/2 inch thick on a square tray (13 x 9) on parchment or oiled and floured on tray

Use fingers to make dimples in the top of the dough to allow the flavours to fall in, Then brush oil on top, add Parmesan,  garlic powder, Italian herbs or any other toppings you like (olives, sun dried tomatoes etc)

Bake at 420 for 15-20min

PRO TIP : If you are not using our fresh and delicious garlic powder you will want to double the amount of garlic powder used as ours packs a punch and normal garlic powder is definitely mild in comparison.
