Freeze dried garlic removes 95% of the moisture from the garlic (1 oz freeze dried equals approximately 20 large cloves -- our clients like to use 1/2 a tsp=1 large clove).

all of our products are freeze dried which means they retain 98% of the nutrient content and flavor of fresh, but it has the bonus of an extended shelf life of up to 5 years when open and 25 years when sealed.
