Green Garlic Eggs... so easy and so good!
Why add green garlic powder to your eggs? Green garlic powder not only tastes delicious, but it is a great way to get added nutrients into your diet and add a fun flavour to your eggs. Other added benefits is that it contains little to no calories, garlic is heart healthy, it can aid in weight loss and it definitely does not give you nasty breath... delicious garlic without the negative side effect of bad breath sign me up!!

Here are the instructions:
Eggs - Cook however you like to cook... my personal favorite way is a combo poach/fry. I add some bacon fat or coconut oil to my pan and once the egg whites look white I add a tsp of water and put a lid on.
Salt - A pinch of salt makes everything taste better.
Green Garlic Powder - I like to us 1 tsp of garlic powder sprinkled over both eggs. I sprinkle this and the salt on the eggs right before I add the lid.
